Warranty Return Policy – RMA

For defective products covered under warranty beyond the initial 30 days, we require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for processing. Please fill out the RMA request form here to obtain your RMA number. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

Return Instructions

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
  3. Package the product securely, including all accessories and the original packaging. Use bubble wrap or similar protective packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

  • For warranty-related returns within the United States, GPS Tracker 247 covers shipping costs for replacement items.
  • Shipping charges may apply for replacements shipped outside the USA.
