30-Day Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price and any customer-paid subscription fees, excluding shipping charges.
All return requests must comply with Family1st’s return requirements.
Warranty Coverage
Family1st products are covered by a 30-day no-questions-asked return and refund policy. If a product is determined to be defective after the initial 30-day period and is still under warranty, a replacement may be issued in accordance with Family1st’s warranty terms.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All warranty and return requests require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Family1st. Returns without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.
Customers must request an RMA through Family1st’s official RMA request process. The issued RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
Return Instructions
- Obtain a valid RMA number before returning any product
- Clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Return the product in its original packaging with all accessories included
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
Shipping Terms
For approved warranty replacements shipped within the United States, shipping costs are covered by Family1st. Additional shipping charges may apply for replacements sent outside the United States.
